- Arnica – for bruising and soreness.
- Bryonia – for torn/damaged ligaments or tendons.
- Ledum – if the injury is purple and feels cold to touch.
- Rhus Tox – for muscle strain better for warmth.
- Ruta – great for tennis elbow or bones feeling bruised.
As we all know prevention is always better than cure, so make sure you do an appropriate warm up and warm down, and seek immediate medical attention or professional help immediately where necessary.
